25 Things

by Dave on September 10, 2009

Just got back from visiting the blog of  Kin Lau …seems there are 25 things he wants to know about me that he didn’t previously know.  If I provide 25 things then he’ll tag me…well my blog anyway.  What can I say? I need the traffic, though this seems a just a little short of blackmail, I’m still wondering how personal I should get with sharing these details. :)

1)   I have Blue eyes.

2)   By day I’m an IT support Technician 2nd /3rd line -Desktop Support Analyst.

3)   I love travelling and meeting/experiencing different cultures

4)  I believe that with persistence, my efforts will match my ambitions

5)   Music is one of my major passions

7)   Neither am I Agnostic, Atheist or Nihilist.

8)   My favourite flavours are Rasberry, strawberry, lemon and blueberry

10)  Wonder why it’s called R&B when it’s neither

11)  Enjoy reading self-improvement books.

12)  Want to change peoples lives for the better, minimum of one person a day.

13)   I question everything, even if I totally understand it. (Info Freako)

14)  Favourite cocktaill Vodka, (dry) Vermouth with a dash of (diet)lemodade on ice.

15)  Have a ‘dry’ sense of humour.

16)  Also have a passion for 6 nations Rugby

Hi Dave,

For no. 4. That’s a very positive belief.
4) I believe that with persistence, my efforts will match my ambitions
no. 11. I enjoy reading self-help books, the most recent book I read is call “The Success Principle” by Jack Canfield. I would recommend this book to anyone who is serious about their success.
No.12. – how you can change people life? what have you done and how’s that make you feel?
No. 21. I just join a MLM, I think that is the best company in world, cause it solve my allergy. Taken that for 6 months then I join the company as distributor. If you are interested, pls let me know. or if you know how to run a successful MLM business, give me some tips as well.

I’ll link you blog to my blog post. Hope to keep in touch with you.

Dave,

Love your 25… Maybe the dry sense of humor is too much dry Vermouth… lol

My favorite flavors of ice cream are vanilla and chocolate, but I do like every color of the rainbow… go figure.

Anyways thought you’d like to know Alex Jeffreys commented on my video blog post (url above) yesterday… just like more than 60 of his students have in the last 72 hours… my 3rd one I think.

Let me know.

Dave,
I love that you question everything! My daughter is like that and she is the most interesting person I know. I love number 12 — what a fabulous goal! Great post! -Norene

Hey Kin
I have read many self help books. The one which definetly changed
my view of the world is Psycho Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz.
So far I have had a positive affect on 3 peoples lives, that I know of.
How does it make me feel? I feel somewhat fulfilled and that I have made
helped someone on the journey through life and maybe helped them find
more strength within themselves.
As for MLM, I think that it’s a fantastic principle. There are probably
hundreds of globally, and as long as the compensation plan is fair to all
and that the company conducts itself with integrity, then a person can
then evaluate whether they are interested in marketing and selling
the products. I have already considered begining another blog that is
orientated toward MLM, and have articles ready to edit and add to an autoresponder.
But as with any web/blog site driving traffic is where the rubber meets the road.
Will keep you updated on that one, maybe we could JV sometime in the future?
