Stunningly simple sentence!

It means that the deepest, most personal struggles you are currently facing do not, in fact, make you unique. Instead these deep issues are actually what you share in common with others.

When I first started this blog, I didn’t know about this principle and didn’t detail my struggles and frustrations, thinking that nobody would be interested in them. With reflection after reading this sentence you realise that  if had, Icould have helped some people. This is why books about how to overcome ‘beginners struggles’ are so popular.

Hi Dave,

Yes, you can never say that your struggles would not be of interest to anybody else. Just sharing your thoughts can get you the encouragement, even the help you –or someone else– could use.
