Have just added a link that directs you to the new FTC guidelines that are effective as from December 2009. (click the link over on the right hand side). Okay so they’re guidelines, but they are pretty much ‘ The Rules’, as far as testimonies are concerned. My opinion on this is expressed in my previous post, please express your opinion on this quite important direction.
